Cardio
Cardio refers to cardiovascular system. They are designed to get you breathing and keep your heart rate up for a long perios of time. It increases your endurance, meaning you can run, or workout for longer without getting severely exhausted. Cardiovascular health refers to health of the heart as well as the blood vessels. For example it is important to have proper blood supply to various organs to maintain good health. In order to have a good cardio workout it all depends if you are a beginner or you are already used to it. For instance if you are a beginner the best start point would be from 10-20minutes. Otherwise it is recommended to workout for half an hour or increase more time. It is important to do some cardio workout because it will prevent you from getting disease's.
Which ever cardio activity you choose will be okay because this will help you live longer, have a healthier heart. It doesn't really matter about the intensity, as long as you workout for 30 minutes. Some activities or workouts for our heart would be taking a brisk walk, running, jogging, swimming, hiking and biking are a few examples of working out your heart. We can help our heart by not risking to getting a disease. Also by giving our heart a little bit of a workout or doing a activity so that we can have less chances of ending up in the hospital.
We can live a healthier life by drinking lots of water due to that a lot of us don't drink much water. Getting enough sleep, and meditating, doing some exercise so that we can get our body use to these types of things and also eating the right foods. Getting enough fruits and vegetables which both have a lot of vitamins. There are many ways to have a healthy life its just basically on us whether we want one or not. It may be hard at first but at the end we can all have a safety and healthy life. I plan to go exercise and go out for a jog ever morning and come back home and eat something that will not affect my body. And will let me live a good life.
